PanchayatX का उपयोग करते समय account holder और authorised team से अपेक्षित basic rules, access boundaries और service conditions नीचे दिए गए हैं।

Login credentials सुरक्षित रखना और account के माध्यम से होने वाली activity के लिए जिम्मेदारी रखना।

Payment & Access
Applicable package/price purchase से पहले दिखाई जाती है और access successful verification के बाद activate होता है। PanchayatX को किया गया payment digital software / SaaS access fee है; यह political donation, campaign contribution, election fund या किसी उम्मीदवार के लिए चंदा नहीं है।
Service किसलिए है
- Assigned voter-list data में search, filters और operational organisation.
- House/family grouping, field visits, slips और reports.
- Authorised candidate/team workflow को mobile और web पर manage करना.
- Local working notes को app के भीतर व्यवस्थित रखना.
इन actions से बचें
- दूसरे account या Panchayat data तक unauthorized access.
- Access controls bypass करना या protected data को unlawfully redistribute करना.
- Service का unlawful harassment, deception या prohibited misuse के लिए उपयोग.
- Operational notes को official electoral record बताना.
Official Records और Local Changes
House grouping, visit status, notes और app के अन्य working changes operational features हैं। ये official electoral roll को modify नहीं करते। Official correction और final records के लिए competent election authority का record मान्य है।
Lifetime Full Access
Regular one-time Lifetime Full Access package ₹4,999 है। समय-समय पर valid promotional coupon लागू होने पर payable amount कम हो सकता है; current coupon PANCHAYATX2499 से payable amount ₹2,499 है और यह promotional offer 11 October 2026, 10:40 AM IST तक valid है। Successfully verified payment के बाद access account status, applicable service rules और continued availability of the service के अधीन रहता है। Lifetime access का अर्थ recurring subscription fee न होना है; यह किसी third-party service, device, internet connection या external government data source की perpetual availability की guarantee नहीं है।
Digital Service Delivery
PanchayatX एक digital software / SaaS service है। Physical goods ship नहीं किए जाते। Successful payment verification और applicable account checks के बाद Full Access संबंधित PanchayatX account पर digitally activate किया जाता है। Activation/payment issue होने पर Contact & Support के माध्यम से सहायता ली जा सकती है।
Service Availability
PanchayatX service उपलब्ध रखने का प्रयास करता है, लेकिन uninterrupted availability की guarantee नहीं दी जाती। Maintenance, network failures, third-party infrastructure, security actions या events outside reasonable control service को प्रभावित कर सकते हैं।
Suspension / Restriction
Security risk, misuse, unauthorised access, payment dispute, legal requirement या material violation की स्थिति में account access temporarily restrict या suspend किया जा सकता है।

PanchayatX independent software है
यह official government या Election Commission portal नहीं है। Service का उद्देश्य authorised election-workflow tools उपलब्ध कराना है; official electoral decisions और records संबंधित authority के domain में रहते हैं।
